Your guests arrive. They are greeted and welcomed with drinks, arranged. Your photographer will need help in gathering everyone for the various group photographs. A very nice way to introduce the members of the Top table to all to the guests is by means of the Receiving Line.
Then we come to the Wedding breakfast itself. The timing of this is extremely important. The banqueting staff will have made sure that everything is ready at the precise moment for a perfect meal. The job of the Toastmaster is to ensure that everyone is ready too.
